What is a Bulk Order?

Any order worth Rs 20,000 or more is considered as Bulk Order.

What benefits do I get from Bulk Ordering?

We understand that everybody has different needs and requests; therefore we will provide you with benefits that are customised to your request. Please send us an email with all your queries at info@rreflection.com and we promise you will hear from us in 24 hours.

Can I order samples before placing my final order?

Yes, you can place order for samples. But we may not be able to offer you Bulk Order discount for sample orders. You will get Bulk Order discount on your purchase for Rs 20,000 or more.

Can I place one order but get delivery over time to avail Bulk Order discount?

Please send us an email at info@rreflection.com with details on how you want to split your order and we will try our best to accommodate the request but cannot make any prior promise.

How do I pay for my bulk order?

We accept online payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking. We also offer Cash-on-Delivery option to selected locations in India. Please send us the delivery address and we will confirm whether your address has Cash on Delivery option.

Do you deliver Bulk Orders internationally?

Yes, we deliver Bulk Orders internationally. The dispatch and delivery time will depend on your order size, quantity, and location. Once we get your order details, we will give you reasonable estimate of delivery time.

How will I receive my Bulk Order?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as DHL, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight, Track On or India Speed Post.

When will I receive my Bulk Order?

You will receive your Bulk Order within 5-7 days in India and 10-15 days for anywhere outside India.

How can I track my Bulk Order?

We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the order. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers' tracking number and the link for tracking.

What if I receive package in damaged condition?

If you see that package is damaged when the courier person comes for delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and call our customer service executive at +91-9212462240. If the external packaging is good but you find product is damaged after you open the box, please call our customer service executive at +91-9212462240.

How much time do I have to return the product?

If you do not like the product that you received or the pieces that you received are in damaged condition, please call our customer service about return. You have 7 days to return your purchase.

How do I return the product?

We have pick-up services at certain pin codes in India. If your area is covered under pick-up locations, we will let you know about the pick-up. Please keep the product in original packaging ready for the courier person to pick up. If your area is not covered by our pick-up network, you will need to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
